The program
Kentucky Lien & Title, a trade name of Lien Nation LLC, operates a text message program called Kentucky Lien & Title Case Alerts. It is used to keep the owners and managers of towing, storage, and repair facilities informed about the vehicle lien and title work we prepare for them.
Messages in this program cover:
- Status updates on notices, advertisements, and title packets for your vehicles
- Statutory deadline reminders
- Requests for missing vehicle information, documents, or signatures
- Confirmations for on-site visits and pickups
- Replies to questions you text us
We do not use this number to send advertisements or promotional offers.
How you join
You join by giving us your mobile number and affirmatively agreeing to receive texts — either by checking the consent box on the online sign-up form, or by checking the same box on the paper intake and service agreement we bring to your facility. The box is never pre-checked. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us. We do not buy, rent, or otherwise obtain phone numbers from third parties.
Message frequency
Frequency varies with how many vehicles you have in process with us. Most customers receive fewer than 10 messages per month.
Cost
Kentucky Lien & Title does not charge you for these messages. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Check with your carrier.
Stopping messages
Reply STOP to any message to leave the program. We will send one confirmation and then stop texting that number. You can also call (859) 495-3266 or email [email protected] and ask us to remove your number.
Leaving the text program does not cancel your service agreement or change anything about your vehicle cases. We will continue to reach you by phone and email.
Getting help
Reply HELP to any message for contact information, or reach us directly at (859) 495-3266 or [email protected]. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern.
Carriers and delivery
Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, and you should not rely on a text message as your only notice of a legal deadline. Deadlines and case status are always available in your Kentucky Lien & Title status page and by phone.
Keeping your number current
Tell us if your mobile number changes or if you give up a number enrolled in this program, so we do not text someone who never signed up.
Privacy
Your mobile number and your consent to be texted are handled under our privacy policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and material changes will be described in a message to enrolled numbers before they take effect.
